Traveling from 5 hours away when we got a leak in our tire with no spare. Pulled into this shop and was helped immediately. Was able to get the tire repaired and back on the road in under 20 minutes. Great friendly service and very punctual. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you so much for your help and generosity

They did great job until asked to weld muffler mount.
Instead of welding they used a wire an charged me $100.00 for something a backwoods mechanic could do! So did no welding and said nothing. I found it when weather got nice!! Not happy it’s going to still have to be fixed very bad service.

Awful work
Had alignment done.Brand new rack and outer ty rods.they ripped the rubber boots on both parts.Then told it was like that.Get f out of his shop.him and employee said they would kick butt.I know it was all good when they got it he was the only one to touch it.Impossible to just rip on its own.Did alignment and twisted boot never adjusted boot back straight.As 4 ty rod hammered it out tore that brand new boot.he said it came in like that .Any mechanic would offer to fix it if it was bad.So he is a bold face liar.Don't get fleeced by these jerks.

Horrible customer service
An elder friend of mine purchased and had mounted tires from these people. The tires leaked. When brought back to the shop to discover why, a valve was replaced upon one of the tires. My friend was charged a $25 fee. When inquiring as to the fee, the attendant became annoyed and angry, at one point calling my friend "a son of a bitch". This is not appropriate behavior from any customer service oriented business. In fact, it is atrocious behavior. I will be committing myself to relaying this business' inexcusable behavior to my surrounding community.

Arin’s shitty shop
Customer service was great up until around August of 2017, since then the customer service has went down and the quality of service as a whole from the shop has went down drastically.
Arins Auto has a friendly staff, they are always pleasant. Last year I heard about them thru a friend and had work done on my Jeep. Recently got my inspection thru Arins . I will continue to have my vehicles services thru Arins Auto.
