Horrible
I had them install an engine in my Hyundai because they were the low bidder. Big mistake.
I had another engine installed in a different Hyundai just a couple months ago in California so I'm familiar with the process. Their final bill came to be almost $1,000 more than the initial quote. They did work I did not authorize. When I picked up the car it had a rattle underneath and was leaking oil like a sieve. The list of additional problems is very extensive. They said it was all my fault somehow.
I do not trust these people one bit, I find them very rude, and they refuse to explain their actions. Rather they attempt to belittle the customer if you question what they do.

Rude, unprofessional, and racist!
Owner Andy Smart, kicked me from behind, as I awaited for a signature. Told me to run down the black children to get his product to his shop! I was 58 years old! I know first hand his shop doesn’t add the correct fluids to some cars. I have over heard his voice tell his employees to do the wrong thing, personally he a criminal, has a record to prove it too!

God puts you in Places for a reason. on the 5th of July
on my way home to Mt Vernon Wa. my truck was over heating went to 4 auto repair shops and not 1 was open in sumner. drove back to my daughters, told my grand daughter about the issues I was having with my truck over heating and looking for help Not one auto repair shop was open! My Grand daughter said she new of some one and called. The guy just happen to be there checking what need to be taken care of for the following day. The Man was awesome I was so happy he was able the fix my Truck and in a Few hours! I was on my way Home save and sound. Thank You for being there when I needed help to get home. Thank You.

If you want to walk away feeling ripped off
Came here in July because of a ticking noise in my Jeep. Between then and now I’ve been hearing excuse after excuse as to why my Jeep wasn’t done. I was told I would get discounts but didn’t receive them. Got my Jeep back months longer than I thought, and thousands more than I was quoted.

A great place to go.
I needed a harmonic balancer installed. I called Apex and spoke to Lance. He was very helpful and professional. He quoted me a great price and did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff and then knocked it out same day. They were also able to use the parts I provided. I would highly recommend the team over at Apex, it was a wonderful experience.
