Quick quality service, inflated parts prices
Scheduled a standard brakes and rotors on the front axle for service on a 2017 Ford explorer. They were quick to get me on the schedule and completed the service without issue. My only problem was the pricing. I called for a quote on pricing and was told $400-$450 as an estimate, then was charged $650 for the service. They charged $145/hr for labor which is normal for my area, but the parts were almost double what they should have been. I looked up the exact parts online, including on Ford's own OEM parts website. Overall happy with the actual service, but disappointed in the inflated parts cost and inaccurate quote prior to service
