Found the problem and fixed it
Ameritech tracked down a problem with our car and fixed it quickly. The problem was a broken wire and they found it and repaired it and the charge was much less than I expected. Great service Ameritech is my go to shop.

Overcharged
I was charged more than double the local rate for an oil change. Jimmy said that rates have gone up but all the local places are advertising at least half the price with a lot of other things included.
