Another great experience with Juan at Allstate. Precise diagnosis m, timely repair and fair pricing. 100k miles so we were due for AC leak repair and new swing arm boot/bushings. Also replaced start/stop battery. Everything is working perfectly!

I always trust my vehicle and all its quirky problems to Allstate Auto Repair. I had to have my car’s starter replaced and the service was very quick; I had my car back in under an hour. If you’re not a ‘do it yourself’er with your car, take it here. They’ll treat your car very well.

Audi coolant and oil leaks resolved. Mechanics that take pride in their work. How bout that.
Had to have my vehicle towed in. All too common water pump failure with the 2.0T. (Audi/VW should’ve issued a major recall but why would they admit to a design flaw using crap plastic in areas of extreme thermal cycling under the hood next to critical components..)

Anyhow, it hurt my wallet but the problem was rectified. Allstate and staff are consistent and professional. Hard to find good people that actually care about what they’re doing in any industry these days.

The best customer is a returning customer. Bruce and Juan get this.
