I can’t say enough good things about All Star Service!
I came in with what I suspected was a serious issue—oil or grease was visibly seeping from the rear driver’s side tire of my camper van.
I knew that wasn’t normal, and definitely not safe, especially since I travel full-time and rely on my van daily.
They got me in immediately—no delays, no runaround—and quickly diagnosed the issue.
Turned out gear oil was leaking from the wheel, and after removing it, they discovered the axle flange wasn’t properly bolted to the rotor.
Shockingly, 2 of the 5 bolts had completely broken off inside the rotor!
They replaced all 5 bolts, the rotor, and the O-ring, thoroughly cleaned everything out, and reassembled it all with great care.
But they didn’t stop there—they also removed the other three tires to inspect all the axles and make sure there were no similar problems elsewhere.
Thankfully, everything else checked out, but I appreciated their thoroughness.
They even topped off and refilled the rear differential fluid without me having to ask.
On top of the top-notch mechanical work, I also travel with two cats, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating.
They let me keep the cats loose inside the van while they worked, and were very careful to make sure they didn’t escape when opening and closing doors.
That level of consideration and attention to detail meant so much to me.
All Star Service went above and beyond—not just fixing a dangerous problem quickly and correctly, but doing it with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.

Edit-Let me add, I also came back later, to have them fix another problem-the water leak issue. I had a LOT of water leaking in onto the passenger floorboard, from the AC drain hose, whenever I used my AC. This is a design flaw by Ford apparently, but I'm extremely grateful they got me right in, again, got the issues diagnosed and fixed, quickly and affordably!!!
