My experiences with them have always been positive despite the circumstances that brought me there. Staff is friendly and efficient, and able to answer any question. The texted progress updates are handy, making it easy to plan my day around vehicle pick-up. They arranged for a rental car, delivered to the shop for me, and I was able to leave the rental there when my car was finished. I've been using this shop for decades.
I have never been in an accident before, so the entire situation was super stressful for me. Once I had everything figured out with insurance, I brought my car to Al Brodeur’s Auto Body. They made the entire experience stress free and provided text updates along the way! I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone needing bodywork!
They made a difficult situation easy to deal with via good communication. I've only had it back one day but it all appears to be fine. They even accept rental returns which made the process even less stressful.
