Dan was great at keeping me updated, in addition to the system generated updates. They came up with a work around when the wheel lock key was not found, without breaking the bolts off. I appreciated the solution. The ride to and from the rental car place was a bonus. Great service!
This was a fantastic experience by Akin's Collision by all their staff from Juanita to the crew that got into the weeds of making the necessary repairs to my vehicle to look like new once again. The service was certainly 5 stars worthy. I was kept informed and the work was completed in short order for me to be able to get back into my vehicle sooner than later
