Responsive and Dedicated!
Within 8 hours of calling our vehicle was towed and being inspected! They conducted several inspections for an accurate diagnosis and took out any guessing of what could be wrong. They fielded daily calls from me with professionalism and understanding of my urgency. Their entire team exceeded my expectations and their solutions returned a vehicle in better condition than before it failed. Thanks AJM!!

Holly said she doesn't know why she goes back there, her vehicle never gets fixed. It was there 9 days for a half an hour job, when she went to pick up, they asked if she was there for one vehicle and when she said no, they asked are you sure as if she didn't know what she drove. It took a while for them to look in the computer to find her vehicle. When she paid, they brought it around and then told her it wasn't done. They had called and said it was, the owner had to stay after hours to complete the repairs.

Yes we had a miscommuinistation in the shop. We identified and took care of the problem to get her car back. Being a 2002 the part in question was discontinued and we had to sorce it from a salvage yard in a different state which took a bit longer. I discounted the repair to help the customer out. We always try to do the best job we can.
