Excellent Service
It’s always a pleasure having my vehicle serviced by such a wonderful company, the customer service team is exceptional and always friendly. And not to mention very reliable and fair prices. Sometimes being a woman I feel that mechanics try to take advantage but never with Advent Auto they tell you what’s going on and very upfront with you.

Inspection
As always I had a great experience at Advent. Always treated with respect and I was out of there much quicker than expected. I appreciate the honesty and not having to be talked into having work done that doesn't need to be done as most places will do. It's why I have remained a loyal customer for about 15 years.

Poor sevice
Windows broken by mechanic. Guy at front counter couldn't care less about customer.

Hello Mr. Bell, that is upsetting, but you brought your car in with the window stuck down in the door, still in the track. The technician removed your door panel to test power and ground to the motor. We replaced your faulty window switch and we neither touched the window/glass nor removed it from the track. When the window came up, there was a chip/crack in it, which was told to you by our service manager over the phone. I would be upset too, but as I mentioned we did not need to touch your glass or see it prior to fixing the switch. Have a great day!

Professional and Thorough
Went over my car to let me know what I was looking at. Allowed me to break out the work into three sections. Suggested which would be the most dangerous situation and recommended that be fixed first. I could tell how much better the car drove. I would highly recommend them.
