We apologize that you left our business less than satisfied. As we explained over the phone and in person, there were no lights on when we checked the vehicle out. You also informed us that those lights did not come on until about four hours after you picked the vehicle up. We also advised you that we would pull codes and inspect the vehicle in an attempt to discover the culprit at no cost to you. You chose to take your vehicle without allowing us to check the lights. We also informed the owner of your dissatisfaction and had him personally contact you at your request. At this time, we have yet to hear back from you. We have done our best to accomodate your needs.
