So I did my research as anyone should for a good reputable auto repair shop in the area that installed Jasper transmissions and the place I came up with was Above and Beyond Automotive. Should be called “Above and Beyond what we quoted you and not letting know until you pick your vehicle up”. Surprise Mfers!!!
In all seriousness I would not recommend these guys to anyone. They gave us a quote the price changed because they quoted us the wrong transmission fluid which was a $124 mistake on their part on a $6000 bill. Instead of giving us a heads up when they realized their mistake they just tacked on to the bill at time of pick up. Bad business if you asked me. Then when my wife then me questioned them as to why the difference they explained the issue with really no solution other than sorry it is what it is. I gave them 2 stars cause they did actually replace the transmission and it seems to be shifting flawlessly.
