Friendly and knowledgeable staff with their superb customer service has left me speechless. They go above and beyond to make you feel at ease when car maintenance can be a hassle. They made arrangements to stay later than business hours to meet deadlines, and even offered their personal vehicle so that I could run my errands. Of course I declined, but it was the thought that counts. Mechanics who are honest are rare sight these days. It amazed me that they were able to not only fix the issue but also spend some time looking over the vehicle to offer honest suggestions and knowledgeable feedback on what to tackle next.
