It’s the manufacturers, causing the problems and the customers and service people are suffering.
I can’t express enough how great A&M automotive is. Had a frustrating day because Ford discontinued an item for a vehicle that literally millions of people have. We are being driven into the new vehicles that they can give you a problem over the cell phone network or Wi-Fi. And I refuse to do that. I got enough problems with the stupid systems that I don’t need in my 2002 F150. I mean who needs a heated steering wheel really and why should I pay extra for it? I want something reliable so I bought a 10th GEN F150 with 76,000 miles on it. And now some dumb ABS thing which is not necessary I can handle a brake lock up. It’s ridiculous the more bells and whistles you have the more problems you have. But I’ve always appreciated A&M a custom-made certain hoses to keep my Mustang running and able to pass smog that weren’t available. A&M automotive goes above and beyond to take care of their customer and they’re one of the last places that do. Ask for Brittany or Eric they care about customer service.
