Honest Shop
I took my Tesla to 804 Auto after I took it to another shop for a state inspection, where the mechanic said there was something wrong with the rotors but he didn't want to work on a Tesla, being unfamiliar with it. I bought the car used, so it didn't surprise me that someone might have dogged it. 804 completed the inspection without finding anything wrong telling me there was plenty of life on the rotors and brake pads. They could have done unnecessary work and charged me hundreds - I wouldn't have known and would have been glad to pay. But they treated me honestly, and have earned my future business!

Consistently Provides Good Service
We have a 2014 Honda Odyssey van which has required a variety of mechanical services and tune ups from time to time. The team at 804 Automotive has been consistent in their provided service and repairs. I usually call ahead for an appointment a few days to a week beforehand then get the van back after it's serviced within the next business day of the appointment. They charge fairly for the diagnostic, parts, and required labor hours. I appreciate the kind staff, documented repair reports, emailed reminders, and provided drinks in the lobby area as an extra level of support when I'm stressing about the vehicle repairs.

Old Cars Welcome!!!
We bring all 3 of our vintage collector cars here and always get great service! Cars are kept covered when not being worked on and kept indoors out of the rain. They fix newer cars of course, but we really appreciate the care and detail shown toward repairing and maintaining the antiques!! Hard to find mechanics who care about classic cars anymore.

Place you can trust.
I’ve had an awesome experience with this team! They’re always friendly and willing to help, even with all the random questions I’ve asked. One time, they saved me a good amount of money by doing a quick inspection on my car after my dealership recommended several repairs. They let me know that everything was actually fine and didn’t need to be replaced for months—and they didn’t even charge me for it. Really appreciate their honesty and great customer service. Highly recommend!

This is what you Call Excellent Service!
I took my car in, in the morning. Aaron came out and diagnosed the problem. He said if can find the part it won't take long to fix it. The car is 20 years old. He found it at a junk yard, he went and removed the part, called me and had it on the car, by mid afternoon. This is what you call Lucky and Excellent Zervice
