Bends best mechanic
Ian is honest to a fault. He diagnosed the problem with my Camry and didn't even charge me. Saved me time, money and a headache. Restored my faith that there is still honest , hard working and customer focused mechanical shops out. There. Thank you Ian.

Transmission issues solved!
I visited 541 imports for the first time when I started hearing a grinding noise coming from my transmission. I had just had my transmission fluid replaced a month earlier at a local Valvoline, so something was very wrong. Ian was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got my car in for a checkup very quick and was able to answer all of my questions, which I had a lot of. He was also able to provide clear evidence of the negligence caused by Valvoline, as they failed to refill my transmission fluid to the proper levels. All in all I was able to get paid out by Valvoline, thanks to Ian’s help. I would highly recommend you check out 541 Imports for any automotive needs!

Very detailed oriented with explaining what he will do, and very quick with repairs. The repair was for my 1987 Toyota truck. The timing chain guide had broke and he fit me right into his schedule and fixed it.

Quick and thorough
