me bitter sweet news Monday was Dan’s last day. He is retiring. Fantastic for him bad for us. I’m going to miss him. He is a great guy and definitely deserves the best in life. Be well my friend.

After replacing a rear differential about 18 months ago recently snow revealed that “it” was not work
ing as it should - part of the AWD system, so effectively no AWD. The rear differential was just replaced under its parts & labor warranty and tested good on the AWD front so hopefully that will be borne out with the expected snowfall tonight. We are fortunate to have such an accommodating and capable shop so close to us. Communication is critical as are managing expectations and Camirand’s does both very well. I am certain there will be a next time even if only for routine maintenance (e.g., oil change, tire rotation) and there will be no hesitation going back to Camirand’s.
