I've returned my car a couple of times to fix what the Kia dealer in Council Bluffs broke after repla
cing engine (recall issue). Kia service told me (actually red-lined NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION) I needed over $10,000 in additional repairs to my car. Jeff inspected my car twice because I had lost confidence in my car. This most recent visit was to fix the AC "leak" that the dealers caused (by breaking the line) and would fix for over $950 plus various fees and taxes. Jeff repaired it for just over $800. You got to love an honest mechanic these days!

I called the Auto Tech Service Center yesterday afternoon hoping they could take a look at my car. I
was having issues with a cylinder misfiring and wasn't sure if this was an easy or difficult fix. German answered the phone and told me I could bring it in but make sure I understood that it wasn't a guarantee they'd be able to get anything done by end of day. However, the guys at ATSC Inc were able to get my car up and running by 3. And to my surprise they even washed dirty ol Corolla. Exceptional service and an outstanding experience! Thanks!
