I had a great experience with Brake Force today. They were honest, professional, and easy to work wit
h from start to finish. I came in for brake service and they clearly explained what was actually needed, with no pressure or unnecessary upselling.
What I appreciated most was their attention to detail — they found torn front control arm bushings that had recently been missed elsewhere, took the time to show me the issue, and explained it clearly so I understood what was going on. That kind of transparency and thoroughness really builds trust.

I have taken my 2005 Volvo to Peters since 2008, and they have taken great care of it for me ever sin
ce. I smelled gas coming from my vehicle and took it in for repair. It needed a new fuel pump and I was hoping to pick it up by Wednesday, December 31. Unfortunately they discovered some other issues during replacement of the fuel pump and could not complete the work until Monday, January 5. Knowing I needed a car for upcoming appointments, they graciously gave me a loaner car at no charge. I was so grateful! And my car was ready on Monday, January 5. Peter’s is a family owned business and they treat their clients like part of their family. I trust them completely.

Very accommodating. They go above and beyond what you would expect when it comes to figuring out prob
lems and meeting needs. Took truck into My Auto for oil change and after hearing the noise that I was going into dealership the next day for warranty diagnosis/repair, it was recommended that I wait for the oil change in case the dealership service dept might want to inspect or analyze the oil. That is an example of caring more about what is in best interest of customer and vehicle than making money on a scheduled service appt.
