Zach and John in service were great to deal with. When there was confusion in a warranty item, they both made sure to explain it without seeming condescending. Which I appreciate as a woman. They made sure I was happy before I left.

No pride in service
Overfilling a brand new vehicles oil is just sloppy work. Oil prints on exterior of vehicle after service is unacceptable Even after its very first service (3700 miles) it was not washed or vacuumed. Given a coupon instead to take it 15+ miles away for “free” wash. Take pride in your work. Don’t open customer vehicle doors with your feet.
