Don't bother going anywhere else. Temecula Hyundai has the BEST customer service. From the minute you arrive you're greeted friendly and throughout the whole experience you're treated with respect. Everyone is professional and genuine. We have been driving Hyundai cars over 15 years. And now just bought our new 2021 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. This car is Amazing!! So user friendly, safe and all the "bells and whistles" Its a pleasure to drive such a cool car!! Have to thank Carlos Velasco in the service department. He always gives us excellent personalized customer care! And a thank you to August Boessler for being so patient and informative with selling me the new car!! It can be stressful buying a car but not here at Temecula Hyundai. Great experience!!
Me & my husband have been to plenty and pitched plenty of new vehicle from a variety of Makes/Models and this was honestly the easiest, smoothest purchase we have ever done. They didn’t play any back n fourth games I was soo happy with our salesman Troy! He was the nicest and easy going. Nothing about this experience was stressful at all!! I had to return to ask about the rebate for purchasing an electric car and I have already received the $1,500 check. Thank you as well to Freddy who answered my questions on all the features of the Ultimate model. I have lots to learn but no need to visit a gas station ever again. Helpfulness in getting the model I wanted
I am happy with my Kona EV. My first electric car. It is a very smooth ride and the Ultimate has all the bells and whistled I could want except I have to still open the trunk by hand. Would have loved to have that touch feature. The dealership was helpful, especially Pedro for locating the color I wanted, Troy for working with us and Freddy for explaining and changing some of the settings for me. Hopefully I have many years of driving this car and no more visits for gas.

Spoke with Mrs Blair,applied for clean fuel rebate,and gave her a check for it. She has agreed to rescore. We also went over the equipment she did not understand

Had the best experience at Hyundai Temecula. I started out online and by the time I came in, I was already approved so the whole buying experience went fast and painless. Anthony and James are extremely friendly and honest. No pressure to buy! I feel they really care about their customers here. If you need a new vehicle, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
