Completed the work, but with no sense or urgency
I have leased my Santa Fe for 3 years. We are buying it only because of how much we went over on the mileage. The tire pressure alert light has been on since we leased the vehicle and they still cannot get it fixed. The service people try to up sell you every time you are in for service. My experience for closing out the lease and financing the purchase took over two hours. There was no sense of urgency from anyone in the dealership. If you are not buying a new vehicle, they seem to not care about you or value your time. I started having Hyundai vehicles in Minneapolis at Walser Hyundai and they get the customers time is valuable. Not the case in Naples!

I apologize for the long wait.  We are always looking for ways to improve and certainly will be looking to improve our customers wait time. 

We do provide a thorough inspection when you are in for service.  If we find any issues, we let you know.  We provide this at no charge to our customers.  It is not intended to cause alarm but rather to insure that our customers are safe on the road.  I hope this helps.

Great service and service advisor
Paul was wonderful, explained all to be done to the vehicle and assured that I was satisfied. Great service. If I was criticize on thing it would be the no loaner cars at the dealer when you need to drop off you car for extended hours. But overall, very good.
