Linda Midlam was my service advisor. She let me know the most likely cause of the steering issue I was having. Because the play in the steering wheel happened after my last visit a week before, I assumed it was something that was caused at Hyundai. (Hopefully, it was just a coincidence.) My 2013 Elantra is out of warranty by 13,000 miles. Linda, however, was willing to contact Hyundai Corp to see if they could offer any assistance with the price of the repair. The corporate headquarters refused. Nevertheless, Linda went to her manager to see if they could get the cost of the repair lowered. She was successful in saving me about $60 off the total cost. She went the extra mile. And for that, I thank her. She was not only knowledgeable, but had a much valued spirit of helpfulness.

they found bad battery and replaced it;
,advised they would rotate tires on next service visit.
I don't know what is on your work list,the wash job was fine.
but when I opened the door isaw they hadn't vacumn the floor mate.

Staff very courteous

Service advisor very helpful and doing his job. I wasn’t very comfortable when told at 15,000 miles a number of filters had to be changed and so on for 365.00.
I did ok the work but still uncomfortable.

liars

the staff lies to get you to get your service done there then you get hit with excessive labor charges that were never quoted or explained which amounts to double the quote. my home town dealer doesn't do that.
