Air filter filthy. The worst I have seen,and they okd it.
Considering the month of September smoke and dirty air, I asked about the air filter specifically, service tech told me to not worry, they had blown it out and would be okay. I drove home and pulled it out to inspect myself, it was black and no light thru it at all. I bought a new one to protect my motor and fuel economy. I am supposed to be able to trust you guys. I have trusted the dealership for years in the past.

Very friendly and quick service, but had a little problem this time.
I had a great experience there, and will always come back. Don't even know if it was their doing. I was done in just a half an hour. I noticed my oil setting was not set back. And soon after my skid plate fell off. I had to crawl under and take off the 2 screws left. Other than that, I really like the way I am treated. I just need bigger bolts for my skid plate.

Good Service, typically high dealer cost
Had oil change, full synthetic. Of course it's very expensive, but the real issue is Ford wants you to change synthetic on the same schedule as regular oil... every 5000 miles. How much sense does that make? So going 10k. Service person asked if I wanted Def fluid topped off, said yes... oops.. 1.41 gallons, $22.56. $16 per gallon. Walmart: about $4 per gallon.. how much is urine worth anyway? I thought they would have a nice bulk container and give me a decent price, like the 55 gal rate of 3 bucks .. sorry.
I really do like to go to the dealer for service, and if they would give you a decent deal, would be more inclined to do so.
Service techs are very friendly, and professional.. so no beef there. Pretty crazy that you have to book an oil change over a week out.. but that's inconvenient, not terrible. Just get with the pricing program and you might get more business.

The $1.14 is the prices for a quart which means it`s $5.64 for a gallon. I see here we put in four gallons of DEF which comes to a total of $22.56. We used Ford DEF fluid in your vehicle which Ford Motor dictates the prices. We truly do appreciate you choosing Mike White Ford and would like to continue business with you. This was a ruetin service,and took about an hour..The only over site was they forgot about me waiting in the customer lounge,only after checking my phone for text,did I see a miss call from the srevice department to come and pick up my car..valued customer, not this time.
