Thank you for the feedback.  I apologize your service advisor did not properly communicate the time it would take to complete the service.  Typically a 45k mile service takes 2.5-3 hours to complete.  I will make sure to address this with the staff so we are setting the proper customer expectations.

Great Experience
Have always been able to count on Zimbrick Hyundai West to get my vehicle in on time for my oil change. There waiting area is comfortable with a coffee, hot choc machine, and a work area with Wifi and phone plug in area.

Thank you for the feedback.  We try to stay competitive with our prices but are unfortunately unable to always be the lowest.  We are a little bit more expensive than most quick lube service stations for a standard oil change.  However we include oil and filter change, top off all fluids, trained factory technicians performing a multi-point inspection, car wash and vacuum for $34.95.
We also typically offer coupons on our website to try and keep our prices down.  Hopefully this helps and we see you back in for your next oil change.

Thank you for the feedback. I apologize for any misunderstanding that came from your last visit.  When purchasing a new vehicle from us it comes with complimentary oil changes for the first year or 15,000 miles which ever comes first.  When you were in for your oil change the first year had expired in April.  
I do apologize there was a charge for the oil change but it was because the time had expired on the oil change agreement.

Honest Assessment
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that my tires did not need rotation, but that I needed new tires. I was surprised as mine were not that old, but sure enough, the tread wear was uneven and I was not charged for anything but the oil change. They gave me a list of things that my vehicle needed, all of which are actually things that should be done given the miles and age of the vehicle. I feel like they treat me with respect and honesty and don't try to pitch me a sale, but rather tell me my options.
