Thank god for extended warranties!
Bought my Audi from Park Place almost 4 years ago and the extended warranty I bought from them has paid for itself 5X over now! Great policy and the service writers are great at working with the warranty company to keep my car in tip top shape on the warranty companies dime.

Thorough and Practical
Easy appointment with John. Troubleshooting took less than 10 minutes from arrival to departure. John kept me abreast of issues and when the car was ready for delivery he gave me several insights that exposed issues that reconciled some of the problems I was experiencing for 12 months! When I got the car back, problems solved and the car was washed inside and out.

I take my car in and they fix it.
John tells me when they can work on my car, gives a reasonable estimate and if there is a change he calls to get my OK.
