Really Great Service
This was one of our best experiences with the service department. Chris took real good care to make sure everything was working well and that the parts were in excellent condition before placing them on our vehicle which I totally understand how shippers work.
Thanks so much the air conditioning works now and Kel’s seat is warm/cool again.

Not happy at all
Took my vehicle in for oil change and paid for them to look at my rear slider window. I also had valet services to pick up and bring back. They were an hour late picking my truck up and they sent a message it would be back by 4. I had to call them at 5 to see were it was and they said they called me 3 times and left messages but no call or messages. When I got the truck back there were parts on the floor and the switch they had no parts for was on the console. Then when I started the truck the change oil light was still on. I had to call to tell me how to reset it. Took 3 people to do it. Terrible customer service

Service advisor did a good job, would do biz with him again
Came in for a potential fuel issue but of course couldn't replicate it due to recently changing the fuel filters. Service advisor ran a battery check as I had mentioned an Intermittent voltage issue.
He advised me that the passenger side battery was shot and another minor issue I had. Left the dealership and fixed the issue on my own.

Lied to
I use to like Mike White Ford until I bought my new truck. The sales guy was laying it on thick and in the end lied to me. He changed the paperwork so I thought I was getting the low interest with Ford and the $2500 off. They are dishonest.
