Always a Great Experience!!
Bought a 2023 Bronco Sport from Mike White Ford last July and had nothing but great things to say about the entre crew. Yesterday, we took my 2023 Sport in for routine service and while we were waiting, ended up trading the sport in on a full size 2024 Bronco! Again, every last person at Mike White Ford is outstanding and treated us like friends. I don't think we'd ever deal with a differernt dealership again! Thank you to everyone at Mike White Ford!

Always a positive experience.
Had some service work done to my Superduty and the technician found that my lug nut caps were not fastening properly so Mike White Ford ordered me brand new ones @ no charge! Apparently the clips were beginning to fail. Love going there for anything!

AJ always does a great job
I have purchased many Ford vehicles from Joe Hall Ford in Lewiston. I switched to Mike White ford after the service manager in Lewiston retired and the service in Lewiston became impossible and rude to its customers. The last two F150’s I have purchased for the ALC have came from Mike White. Everyone in their service department is very courteous and bends over backwards to help their customers. The exact opposite of Joe Hall Ford.

As usual the service department got my truck serviced in and out the same day. I have 2 ford's and don't take them any where else, been doing business here thru 3 owners and have always had very positive results.

Maintenance For Secure and Safe Travel
I appreciated being met at my vehicle after entering the service area, and guided to an advisor. I appreciate AJ in his efforts to assist me with my appointment. I was irritated that I had made an appointment two weeks earlier requesting a loaner car, and that I'd drop off my vehicle the evening before so when arrived, it seems that no car was ready and it took almost an hour of waiting to drop off my vehicle. I will continue to use and recommend Mike White Ford, and give feedback for improvement.

Difficult mysterious electrical problem fixed!
After extensive diagnostics, the electrical system in our Ford showed no problems. But they reappeared again a week later. An on-off electrical problem is often hard to identify. But it eventually was. All is well with our Ford now. Good work!

Fast, friendly and efficient service.
I had a recall on my 2017 Ford 150, and scheduled an appointment for 11:00 yesterday morning.

The service team got me in and out quickly and were very friendly and professional.

It was wonderful to see the young men hustling about tending to all of the customers’ needs.

They were very organized and they were all so polite. Needless to say, it was a great experience.

They get the job done right
I can't say enough good stuff about Mike White Ford service dept. I routinely go in for oil changes but recently had more involved service done and they were super fast, priced right, and got it done in record time. I highly suggest Mike White for service work. They get you in and out fast and and the process is effortless. Nice job!
