Purchasing my new 2023 Kona N-Line
My experience started with my sales rep (August). He is absolutely Wonderful.. He quickly made me feel at home. He had my Kona out front and ready for me when I arrived (after texting him I was on my way). He went over all the features, so that I would easily understand them. He also Never once tried to push a sale, complete transparency between the both of us.. I would HIGHLY recommend seeing August for your next inquiry or purchase..!! Low pressure, good people, honest
Purchasing from Temecula Hyundai was a better experience than I expected. Their sales people were informative and helpful. They keep up to date on their inventory on the website. So, you know what they have in stock before you go. A lot of other dealerships in the area list vehicles they don't actually have just to lure you onto their lot.

I was very satisfied with Temecula Hyundai and would definitely recommend than to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.

Overall good experience
Selection of cars on the lot was far superior to any other dealership we visited. Staff was courteous and attentive. Inflated pricing due to inventory shortage was a hard pill to swallow, but unfortunately all dealerships are doing it right now.

Went on website for a Elantra, showed interest in one, got a full lay out of the price including taxes, made an appointment car was ready for test drive, after that everything else went smooth paperwork took 15 mins max and I was out the door in my new Elantra, over all good experience, would recommend to a friend or family member trying to buy a new car to shop at Temecula Hyundai.

Quick and to the point.
Leo Bautista was my salesman, he explained all the buttons and switches before I purchased the Tucson. He answered my questions and knew the vehicle from bumper to bumper. He never hesitated as he explained how the car worked. The Finance person, Ms. Martinez, went over the paperwork and answering all my questions. I went back to see Leo for assistance with my BlueLink and other managers greeted me. It has been pleasant being treated special AFTER the paperwork has been signed.
