I was asked what day I wanted to come in for my needed emissions inspection. Then whether I wanted t
o come in the morning or the afternoon. When I arrived a little early, I was invited to wait in the nicely heated waiting room while they worked in the cold. I won't even have to send in a report because they have already electronically sent in the official report to DMV. How nice! Their service has consistently been excellent all down through the years.
