When I arrived for the scheduled appt I was greeted promptly and told I could make myself comfortable as I had chosen to wait there during the appt The office was clean and decorated appropriately for a car service business The car was ready before estimated time but because I was making phone calls I was told to take my time; it was ready when I was ready which I appreciated Check out was easy and, again, Michelle was very friendly If I lived in town I might start taking my own vehicle there for service!
