I'm a long time Neubauer customer and know they are professional, honest, and customer focused, but I
need to give them a special shout out today. On the Saturday before we were set to leave for a road trip vacation on Wednesday, I discovered my brakes needed to be replaced. I called first thing Monday morning and Chelsea found a way to fit us in and made sure we had our car back by Tuesday afternoon in time for our travel on Wednesday. What a relief! As I said, very customer focused! Sarah, Matt, and Chelsea are always great to work with. Thank you Neubauer team!

My VW Atlas needed a water pump. Jim Barbey was within driving distance (without towing it). The chec
k engine light came on when the water pump failed and gave several codes that only a VE dealer would understand. They called and asked me if I would rather have it towed to a dealer. They were concerned there might be an underlying issue causing the water pump failure. Having researched the issue, being 2 days before a holiday weekend, and not wanting to tow it 20 miles, I requested they complete the replacement. They reset the check engine light for me and so far, so good! I really appreciate their concern.

nk that you can find a more honest/trustworthy group of people than you can at MD Muffler. I recommend them completely to take care of any issues with my cars, but they don't handle everything, and they are somewhat limited in what they can do. When we have an issue that they can't tackle, he says so and gives me a name and a number of who he trusts. We had a recent engine light/ Fuel pressure issue, and he promptly said that Aubrey at JRM can help. Though JRM was quite busy, Aubrey was able get us in and out in a couple of days and gave us very fair pricing.
