be and they don't go over their quote. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. they advise you of up coming concerns they find. In some cases they fix the problem that may not involve parts on the spot with no additional costs. Just excellent customer service.

ar back way sooner than I think possible and they’re always so kind to me. As a girl sometimes talking to mechanics can feel frustrating because other places take advantage of my gender and make stuff up or even jack up the price so I have to ask my dad to talk to them for me. This is the only place I’ve found that doesn’t treat me like an idiot and I feel comfortable dealing with things myself.

Import Car Doctors is the only place I will take my car for maintenance from now on. I just happened
to notice them working in the shop on a Saturday afternoon, just after my car started acting crazy. When I drove up to see if they could help, I noticed that the sign on the door said "Saturday: appointments only." I started to walk back to my car when the manager stopped me and offered to take a look at my car. He was very friendly and helpful, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it fixed for me within an hour for just over $120 (not including the standard fee for use of the diagnostic machine, which he cut in HALF from $65 to $37.59). I will be recommending Import Car Doctors to friends and family without a doubt.

June 2023, i took my car to the shop. My car was running very rich.A few weeks later i saw a issue wi
th my car. I showed it to Pat knapp the general manager, and either one of us could explain it. Pat , talked to his manager and decided they would repair it at no cost to me.. They wanted me to be happy with my experience, and tell others. Pat went extremely out of his way to make me happy. Thanks especially to Pat.
