I just wanted to let you know that Anthony Metcalf is the best car salesman I ever dealt with. I bou
ght a 2023Sonata from him a few weeks ago and he was so helpful. He did not pressure me on upgrades. He let me drive 2 or 3 cars without hesitation. He took my interest seriously. Earlier that day, I went to Columbia Hyundai and drove 2 cars and the salesman did not even attempt to sell me the car. I said I wanted to pay cash and that I was interested in the $750 off deal that expired the following day. He was not aware of offer. When I inquired about the $1500 coating that was listed on the window sticker, he said there was nothing he could do about that or the other $4000 of upgrades. He did not ask his manager. None of these charges were applied at your dealership. I felt that Anthony treated me seriously and with respect and was eager to find a car that met my expectations and needs. I will seek Anthony out the next time I need a car! I have told all my friends, who are thinking about getting a new vehicle to go to Anthony.

Was able to get my vehicle in for an oil change quickly. In the past, it was taking upwards of a mon
th to get an appointment. We were not going to be able to pick the vehicle up till the next day and they sent a lyft for my husband. They went above and beyond. Definitely, the level of service has greatly improved. Keep up the great work.

This review is a little past due but I have not forgotten the service I received from Abe in the ser
vice dept, and I believe in giving credit where it's due. I took my car in after purchasing a new battery, which was thought to be the cause of car not starting. The problem continued and died again in route to Hyundai for service, having to be towed. I was checked in by Abe, who was great and kept me updated.
After major inspection it was determined to be the alternator, but in doing so they killed my new battery. Thank goodness my car is still under warranty, but I was told I would have to purchase a new battery for the repairs to be completed. I made it very clear to Abe that was unacceptable, to which he agreed and had my back. The initial request to replace my new battery was denied but after continued conversation between Abe and his manager, my battery was replaced at no cost.
Thank you Abe for having my back and getting me into a rental while my car was being serviced.
