Scheduled appointment to simply check the front noise I was hearing the past week. Discovered that it was more involved and required immediate attention. They were able to repair my vehicle within the hour. Very efficient and personable service.

My car broke down on Tryon Street and Arandas happened to be one of the closest mechanics. Boy was I
lucky. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They recommended a tower who was efficient and kind, and when the vehicle arrived they were able to give me a diagnostic by that afternoon, which I didn't expect as they were very busy.
They were very honest about what was wrong/ possible future problems after fixing it and gave me a full view of my options. I ended up deciding that it needed to be junked (possible head gasket on $1600 car). They were kind enough to wave the diagnostic, because of the situation. I was blown away. I never expected such a kindness. They were always a step ahead and communicated every step of the way.
I can't rave enough. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If you need ANYTHING give them a chance. They are an honorable company.
