We pulled into Outlaws at about 3:30 pm with an RV that needed a glove plug. We had no other vehicle
. They called around and shopped until they got the part we needed at a reasonable price, not satisfied with the first price they were quoted. They made EVERY EFFORT to get the part in that evening so we could be on our way, but the earliest they could get was the next morning. After car rental places had no cars available, he then called around to other shops to see if anyone loaned out cars to their clients. We ended up taking a cab to our hotel for the night, but he never stopped trying to help us out of a very frustrating situation. Our car was ready by 10:30 the next morning. AWESOME people!

Years ago I bought a “lifetime” free oil change package when I bought my car at Lithia Ford. Every si
ngle time my “free” oil change would be upsold to well over $100. I finally caught on and have fired them, their business practices are shady. But I learned of Precision Automotive, a legit business who will only do what is needed and authorized. I took my car in for a synthetic oil change and they did a very thorough and great job taking care of me and my car. I have scheduled a tune up and have no worries about being scammed like I was at Lithia. Take your car to Dodie! You won’t be disappointed! (And a big plus for being a woman-owned business!)

committed to buying it he went above and beyond, putting in all new brakes, undercoating it, just making sure it was a quality buy. His communication was on point and quick. He was fully transparent about some of the issues of the truck, didn’t hide anything. I really recommend this place if you are looking to buy, they will make sure you get your moneys worth!

I met Steve Montano today when I dropped by unannounced at All Terrain Transmission with concerns abo
ut my Jeep drive train and the possibility of my having damaged it. I learned the Montano brothers' business is quite busy, but Steve took a quarter of an hour or more to hear me try to clearly describe my concerns, to ask probing questions, and then to put my mind at ease. He told me of signs of developing problems to watch for, and we did agree on a procedure that could confirm his impression that "all is well." However, since I was just passing through and Steve's shop schedule is booked for weeks, I'll be towing the Jeep onward to our destination in AZ... where I will try to find a shop where that same work can be done. Hopefully, I will be able to find one where the owners are part of the technical team and strike me as honest and reliable as Steve Montano does. Even more rare, but worth mention too, is the fact that this gentleman struck a friendly cord I don't usually sense in such a discussion. I just wish he'd move his shop to my home town!
