na work on your car for free? Or even at a substantially lower cost? Good luck with that. Their communication skills are excellent and they let you know what needs to be done right away vs. what things can be put off for later. And how much things are going to cost. And if there are other options available to reduce the cost. They have a comfortable waiting lounge. They thoroughly check over the car, including all the lights. I had several burned out and didn't even know it. Staff is friendly, efficient and professional.

John was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to work with. The price they cam
e up with for our trade-in was right inline with what I was expecting. When he came up with the price of the car and I countered, he was empowered to go to the computer and figure out the lowest price on his own without having to go to a manager or get someone else involved. Finance still took a long time, but that was no surprise. I would go here again for sure.
