alesperson, Olivia, was very respectful, knowable, and concern that all details were to my satisfaction. Two weeks ago, my vehicle was due for service. I was made aware of the vehicle exchange program, I really had no intentions of trading the vehicle purchased in Nov. 2022; however, Olivia was able to show me what I could qualify for in a new 2023. Well, after seeing what was available , I made the decision to purchase the 2023 Tucson. xed, despite me being almost 2 hours away. (My daughter is a student at IUP). The service dept was in constant contact with me providing updates. Benny was also very important in helping me get her car repaired and I appreciate all of his hard work. I have owned a number of vehicles and service at other dealers is always average. This is by far the best service I’ve ever received at any dealer.

ve never had a bad experience but working with Paolo has been super super excellent. Paolo made me at ease and assured me that things will be taken care of and they did. His patience and calmness appeased my worries, he kept me up to date at every step from checking point, what was needed, ordering parts, cost of service until the car was ready to be picked up. He offered ride services and rental car. Today when I picked up the car it was washed and cleaned. Hyundai Samson’s has a very good employee named Paolo that will keep me coming for service for great attitude is hard to find nowadays. I am very grateful that he was the one available to help me the day that I came in. I’m due to come back in March I will no hesitate to ask for him. Thank you Paolo and stay blessed.

've had services at Edwards....Chris always took care of my car problems. He explained what needed to be done. I always had faith in what he recommended. I believe in Chris and his great team at Edwards Hyundai service and would recommend Edwards to others. October I changed to a Mitsubishi outlander ....
