ole process. This is my first Tesla, and someone crashed into me. Micha was my point of contact and from the first day on the phone he was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent. I wasn't afraid of leaving my car and being taken advantage of, or even worried about workmanship like most repaid places out there. He gave me the feeling of integrity right away! it took almost 4 weeks to get everything done which is fine because they communicated the whole time and I knew it was in good hands. I hope I never have to go back because that would mean my car is damaged again however if it does happen, I will ALWAYS choose Old Dominion. I also believe that that Micha is an asset to their company.
