We had a flat on 95 and difficulties removing the tire. We called Franklins and a truck was there in
10 minutes. Driver wrestled the flat off and got our little donut tire on. We followed him to the shop and they had the

ere to take it and my friend recommended Southwest collision . They were very welcoming from the get go and I felt really comfortable , the best service ever, I highly recommend SW. Collision Center. Brian Simmons and the girls Kayla, Savanna and Tandy were awesome they were there with me every step of the way. Brian was fantastic he kept his word on everything that he was going to do and my car looks beautiful. I will definitely go to them only to do my repairs and have my family and friends go to Southwest for any kind of auto repairs , glass etc. Thank you Brian Simmons the staff and the auto body repair guys!! It is always strange to rate a car service experience as a pleasure, but they do make it as enjoyable
as possible. The communication is always direct and concise at a fair price. For an auto repair shop that says alot.
