I went in the shop today because they were on the list in Repair pal. Upon entering, the welcome was
amazing. Matt spoke to me like he had known me forever, and that eased my anxieties. He looked at the list of repairs that I was given by another garage, checked my vehicle and then told me what I needed and what I didn't. He quoted the prices, and at once I realized that they were cheaper. They gave me a ride home, while they worked on my vehicle and then came to get me when they were done. I was very impressed with his honesty, and with their efficiency.
I will definitely make them my garage, moving forward.

My Honda Accord needs only Honda parts. Tidwell originally placed after market and my Honda rejected
them.
They honored their warranty and ordered Honda starter motor from the Honda dealership. Had my car ready by end of business. They certainly have integrity and are honest. I have recommended Tidwell to friends and colleagues.

It is always strange to rate a car service experience as a pleasure, but they do make it as enjoyable
as possible. The communication is always direct and concise at a fair price. For an auto repair shop that says alot.
