I brought my SUV in about a driver's side rear brake light that was going on and off. Couldn't figure
out what was going on. This was my first time working with Buchanan's. Dropped the car off, heard back within the hour that they'd found a pinched wire and fixed it. Cost was such a pleasant surprise (so much more affordable than I'd anticipated). Communication was clear and efficient. Customer service was direct and friendly. No exaggeration, one of the best experiences I've had with car care anywhere. Really appreciate them, their work, and how they do business.

ick to get the repairs done. I have been surprised at the quick turn around on my repairs. I have even had to have my car towed to the shop with what I viewed as major damage from a car accident and I figured it was totaled. My car was ready for pick up the next aftrernoon.
