The visit for an oil change got complicated, but I'm thankful. Beachside determined that I needed to
a new suspension system and tires, as well as minor service like a new A/C filter. My 2000 car is running great!

My car's AC was acting up and Greg worked incredibly hard to track down the issue and fix it. He took
the car in at a moments notice and worked well past closing time to get it fixed. Now, obviously don't abuse his willingness to do that, but he'll do whatever it takes to get the job done. I do most of my own work on my car and he's the only shop I trust with whatever job I don't have the equipment for.

My car had been significantly damaged for about a month and a half before I took it into Cooper Exper
ts. When they took a further look, I got an estimate and left it for repair since it was a few major fixes.
After I came back, they revealed I actually had several more issues I didn't even know about! RPM dropping when coming to a stop, Severe tire wear, and some other things. They patched all this AND MORE for not a single dollar more! They went absolutely above and beyond here and I couldn't be more grateful.
These guys are absolutely great and have a fantastic work ethic! They've become my main mechanics going forward. If you have an issue w/ your Cooper, these are your guys.
