My car kind of broke down on me on a Monday and I was devastated. I really thought that I would have
to get rid of it and that it will cost way too much money to fix and how many people work on German cars. I had a mini Cooper 2008 and I thought the engine had died, but then I went to BME Tuesday evening They allow me to bring my car in right away. I gave them the keys. They greeted me very nicely. They took my car and said they would let me know. Thursday afternoon I got a call that my car was fixed and ready to go and it only cost us about $370. Rick worked on my car. He is the best amazing job.!!! Thank you Rick !!!

Mike and his team has always been amazing. They were able to get my car out before I started work at
2pm.
They called me to say my battery needed to be replaced. They would replace it for me. I told them it is under warranty from another place. I picked up my car and drove directly to get my battery replaced.
My battery really needed to be changed. I was told sometimes places will tell you it needs to be replaced when it doesn’t really need to be changed. This makes me feel confident that Mike’s team is honest and reliable.

We started going to them ye
ars ago for our tires vs Firestone. Their estimates were so much lower and work was completed so much faster without any issues.After our dealership gave us a 3.5k estimate to replace the alternator on our Honda Fit after I took car into them for start up failures, I took it to Auto Car Care Center next. They found nothing wrong with the alternator, fixed the real problem and saved me over $3.5k that day! Nowadays we only go to this auto shop. One of the mechanics at the time has since taken over the shop and still carries on their tradition of fair and honest auto repair. Work is always done in a timely manner at very fair and reasonable pricing. It’s a pleasure and privilege to give their team a 10 rating.
