hop that treated me with respect, knowledge and courtesy. They were completely upfront with all of the repairs that I needed and were extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of each car repair. Several places I’ve gone to before I always feel a little bit ripped off and that I’m being taken advantage of being a woman. These women know what they’re talking about, they worked with my budgetary constraints and gave me options. I finally found the best Subaru repair shop that I know I can call on and get honest and great customer service. Thank you to Misty, the manager, for working with me so closely, and I will definitely be back, but hopefully not too soon. 😃
