I had my second visit with them, this time for air intake and turbo inlet pipe install. Air intake in
stall went smoothly. Unfortunately, the turbo inlet pipe I ordered (from an out of state company) was missing needed parts. The crew were unable to install the inlet pipe.
They went out of their way to notify the out of state company (via email) of the issue. I am certain that this gesture is what ensured me receiving a full refund for the defective part, no questions asked.
