we got there, someone had put a deposit on the car just before we got there. So, Eric found us another used Genesis GV70 with
more features that had not been advertised yet. We negotiated a good price and took it home the same day. Great GM in Pat and great finance guy in Scott; of course honest and knowledgeable sales representative in Eric!

I had a warning light on my dash stating the driver‘s door was ajar, this was because of me shutting
the seatbelt in the door too many times :-) and I had squeaking brakes. I was looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, reasonably priced car repair, and was referred to Redlands auto electric.They were thorough and quick in determining what was wrong and how to fix it and charged a reasonable price for repairs. I am very happy with my experience there, and I will definitely return for future repairs. Previously, I brought my other car in because out of the blue, it wouldn’t start at all, they took a look at it right away and determined it was a loose battery cable, so it was a nice quick fix and I was in and out and very happy with that experience as well.

ys takes care of me. He gets me in and out as efficiently as possible. The sales dept. is useless. They never seem to know the answers to questions that I've asked about the Hyundai models. The dealer 'mark-ups' are an insult. I drove out to Palm Springs Hyundai where I've previously purchased a Kona and a Tucson Sport. They don't mark up their cars over MSRP. Hence, I just bought a Venue there a few days ago.

oor failed as well (finally that did work). I called Reid’s hoping that they carry the necessary battery and Patrick said that they do. Went right over there and Patrick replaced the battery for me. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Their service level is second to none.
