It’s rare to find a service advisor who is both knowledgeable and genuinely kind. Valencia is exactly that. Because of her, service visits are stress-free and handled the right way.

I had a full motor rebuild, brake system completely re-done, fuel system re-done, new Carburetor, and
more misc stuff, but it was a big project. My only complaint would be that communication on their end could have been better, but I honestly really only care about good quality work and that’s what got. When issues came up a knowledgeable mechanic was able to walk me through my options. Everything turned out great and I’ll be bringing my Dodge back for more work in the future. I would definitely recommend.
