I cannot recommend Manhattan Auto Service highly enough. After a breakdown on Christmas Eve, Richie g
uided me over the phone at 11pm and guided me to park the car. Then today, December 26th, Richie and Louis open the garage (was closed) so my towed car could be brought inside safely instead of being left on the street. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and personal care in the city.
And have to note this was quite stresseful as I had my family in the car and the car had steam coming out.
I’ve trusted them with my 2004 Range Rover (48.5K miles) since their old York Avenue location in 2007, and their expertise with my car has been outstanding. They’re professional, honest, and genuinely care about their customers’ safety and peace of mind. If you want a shop that treats you like family and stands by their work, this is the place to go.
