Earlier today my car began overheating on 394, near Penn. I managed to find this Bobby and Steve’s lo
cation and get my car there. I was unbelievably amazed at the exemplary customer service that the mechanic on duty, Gaige provided me. He not only fixed the problem effectively and efficiently - he managed to calm me down - not an easy thing at that time! He was patient, kind and so helpful. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions patiently (even when it was the second or third time I asked.) Gaige is an incredible asset to this business - I cannot say enough about how impressed I am. I will definitely return there for my automotive needs.

Amigo anytime with a car question or concern. They will always give me a heads up on the next scheduled maintinence that should be done on my car. They don't spring a big repair on me and will shop around for the lowest part price.
