I had a warranty from the dealer so John was not going to benefit financially. Twice I set up an appointment, and cancelled twice, because the problem was covered with the dealership. Eurofed of JAX has a great team — Matt, Cody, Travis, John and Michael; they’re all knowledgeable on every European vehicle and can advise you on what work you need to get done now versus elective work that can be done later, if necessary due to availability of funds and/or time. I trust all of them to offer me sound advice and they always offer viable options. Their location at 8864 Atlantic Boulevard is convenient and they have good parking and a nice waiting area with leather couches, a large TV and free coffee and water available. They recently started selling nice pre-owned European cars at reasonable prices. If you are looking for a good place to service your European vehicle, with a staff of trustworthy professionals who stand behind their work and are not trying to empty your bank account with exorbitant prices, Eurofed of Jacksonville is the place to go! I have made several purchases for a new auto in my life. Andrew was the difference between us buying
a car or not. We had recently visited other Ford dealerships with conflicting personalities that did not value the customer. Andrew went above and beyond for my daughter. His service skills and personality is top notch. If I was talking to the owner of Ford I would tell him one thing. Andrew should be the example for every dealership. He would be training and leading the charge for “How service should be given”. “How to provide excellent service to build repeat and return business”. This should be the foundation of any good dealership. My business was with Ford but the relationship was formed by Andrew and through Andrew.
